"A super fun kids event"
We went to a camp event and my kids had such a great time. The staff was really nice, the setup was easy, and everything felt organized without being overly planned or stressful. Kids pretty much always love anything where they can run around and be entertained, but this one actually felt well done. We’d definitely go again.

"The staff were so nice I was basically shocked"
I had such a good experience with Camp, like I was not prepared for how friendly everyone was. The staff were super easy to talk to, and for some reason that made the whole thing feel about 500 times less stressful than I expected.
They answered all my questions without rushing me at all, which felt weirdly amazing because that almost never happens online. Everyone actually seemed happy to help, and I left thinking, wow, real humans still exist.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return a toy I ordered from camp.com because I picked the wrong size, which was totally on me. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has done that, right?
The return process was easy. I didn’t have to keep emailing support or explain myself a bunch, and they sent updates along the way, which made the whole thing feel less stressful.
My refund came through faster than I expected too. Since returns can be such a hassle with some stores, this definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again

"Pretty easy to use"
I found camp.com really simple to browse. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find what I needed without having to click around forever. Checkout was straightforward too, no strange glitches or anything. I mean, for a shopping site, if it just works and doesn’t make you think too much...

"Packaging held up really well"
Got my order and the packaging was solid, no fancy way to put it. Everything was tucked in good, nothing showed up bent, smashed, or messed up. Even the box looked clean and not all beat up. So yeah, it did the job and I’ve got no complaints.

I found a few discount codes on Camp, and some worked while others just didn’t. When the promotions actually show up, they’re nice, really nice, but the checkout part can be a bit confusing when you’re trying to figure out what really applies. Overall, it’s not bad, not bad at all, just kind of hit or miss for me

Took my kids here and they had a really fun time. The staff were nice and friendly, which definitely helped. I did wonder a bit about the overall quality of some things, but for a casual outing with the kids, it was still a good visit.

"Delivery was reliable enough"
I ordered a couple of toys from camp.com and the delivery went smoothly. The tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, and the box showed up on the day it said it would, which always makes me feel like the whole thing was handled well.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the packaging looked kind of rough when it arrived, even though the toys inside were totally fine, so maybe that shouldn’t matter but it did a little. I’d still order from them again.

"Cute gift options, but watch the prices"
I used camp.com to send a gift to my niece, and overall it was a good experience. They have a lot of cute, fun stuff for kids, and it didn’t take me long to find something she’d like. That said, a few items were more expensive than I expected, so I definitely found myself being a little more picky before checking out. Shipping was fine, but not especially fast. I’d use it again if I needed a kids’ gift and found a good option, but I’d probably compare prices first.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a few things from camp.com for my kids, i’m impressed. In my opinion, the quality is better than a lot of kids’ stuff I’ve bought before. The toys feel sturdy, the colors are really nice, and nothing came off as cheap or flimsy to me. My son has been playing with one of the sets nonstop, and so far it’s holding up really well. Shipping was fine, but for me, the standout was definitely how good the products felt once they arrived

I had a good experience shopping here. Most of the items I was looking for were in stock and simple to add to my cart, which made the whole process easy. One toy I wanted was sold out, so that was a little frustrating, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely shop here again if they keep the inventory up to date.

"Felt okay leaving my kid there"

"Camp.com has some really fun stuff..."
Camp.com has some really fun stuff, and my kid had a great time with it. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but I do feel like you mostly get your money’s worth. My only real frustration was the waiting, it took longer than I expected, and that got a bit annoying. I’d probably use it again, just not all the time.
